  1. Tickets will be available for online purchase only at

The lottery will take place each month with the draw date being the last day of the month by the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Auxiliary at 100 Frank Miller Drive, Huntsville, Ontario and online at The purchasing window closes at 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the draw.  The new draw will begin on the first day of the month at 12:30 a.m.

  1. Early Bird Draw Dates
    The cut off time for the Early Bird draw is 10:00 a.m. and the cut-off date is the same as listed below. The winner’s ticket number will remain in the draw for the Jackpot at the end of the month.

    April 2024 - 200 tickets for $33 (Special Ticket pkg.)
    October 2024 - 150 tickets for $31 (Special Ticket pkg.)
    February 2025 - 125 tickets for $28 (Special Ticket pkg.)
  3. Ticket purchases must be made no later than 9:30 a.m. on the last working day of the month in order to be eligible for this 50/50 draw.
  4. You must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase to play and must be located in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
  5. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
    50/50 Committee Members (Chair, Auxiliary Past President, Treasurer) who are directly involved in the administration of the raffle with the independent third-party raffle provider (BUMP Worldwide Inc.).
  6. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system approved by AGCO and supplied by BUMP Worldwide Inc., a division of CBN.
  7. After completing the purchase, the purchaser will be emailed a receipt with their 50/50 registered ticket issued through a Random Selection System supplied by BUMP Worldwide Inc. (Canada Bank Note). No specific numbers can be generated as numbers are generated randomly.
  8. The winner will receive 50% of the total prize, with the remainder going to support the non-profit objectives of Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. The winner’s portion of the current 50/50 prize will be displayed on the website where tickets were purchased
  9. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system administered by BUMP Worldwide Inc. from all raffle tickets sold for the particular draw.
  10. The winning ticket number will be announced online at and on the Local Radio station (The Moose FM 105.5). The winner will also be contacted directly by a representative from the Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary by phone or email.  The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture ID for our report sheet and sign a photo consent.
  11. The winning ticket holder may make arrangements to claim their prize by contacting the Auxiliary at

  12. The winning ticket holder will need to produce two pieces of identification, one which must be a government issued photo ID. The prize payment will be made by cheque only – no cash.  If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
  13. The winner agrees to be named publicly, along with the prize value, on the raffle website, on HDMH Auxiliary social media channels, and in press releases to media outlets to promote the raffle.
  14. The prize must be claimed by the individual named in the original purchase transaction.
  15. The winning ticket holder has six (6) months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw.
  16. If the winning ticket holder does not come forward, the number will remain posted on our website at for six months following the draw date.
  17. Unclaimed 50/50 prizes will be held for six months at which time the unclaimed proceeds will be donated to the HDMH Auxiliary with the approval of the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
